Supplied in 250g, 500g, 1kg and 2kg packs.
A light brown, granular spice blend that contains visible spice particles. Course in texture
Sprinkle the meat lightly in Vinegar (Malt, Apple cider works best) Apply 33g of biltong spice per 1kg of meat. Mix or tumble (For better results) the spice, meat & any additional ingredients together. Leave to marinate for at least 4 hrs preferably over night. Mix or tumble again & hang. Dry to 55% moisture loss, or to your particular preference.
