250g - Enough for 7.5kg Meat
500g - Enough for 15kg Meat
1kg - Enough for 30kg Meat
A light brown, granular spice blend that contains visible spice particles. Course in texture
Sprinkle the meat lightly in Vinegar (Malt, Apple cider works best) Apply 33g of biltong spice per 1kg of meat. Mix or tumble (For better results) the spice and meat. Leave to marinate for at least 4 hrs preferably over night. Dry to 55% moisture loss, or to your particular preference.
