Biltong Homemade and Handcrafted in the heart of Cheshire.

Another weekend gone and another great one for us, the sun was shining in Bath Pub In the Park, Congleton Food Festival, Makers Market Warrington and Market Co Northwich. What a difference the sunshine makes to the turn out and it was a hot one but we can’t think of a better way of spending your weekend than with a bag of Biltong in your hand and a cold beer or a glass of wine. 

Pub in the Park once again impressed with its stunning line up of food and acts meeting loads of new traders from across the country making some new great contacts and some new suppliers so really looking forward to working with these guys in the future. Congleton another regular food festival for us failed to disappoint again it was a cracker loads to see and do and lots of regular traders from the area you couldn’t go wrong really. Northwich saw our regular customers return on mass and also new ones that had been recommend coming from Knutsford and even a South African from Macclesfield who was over the moon to be finding Biltong just the way he liked it so that really makes us happy to say the least.

The Boss Mrs Biltong will back hard at it making a fresh batch of Biltong, Chilli Bites and Droewors over the coming week and working on some new flavours. The first batch of prime British beef all from a local supplier will be collected today and the process of making our customers favourite Biltong let’s just hope we can once again keep up with current levels of orders.

This weekend see us at the Chester Sevens Rugby Tournament in Northwich, we met up with Tom the event organise about 12mths ago and we were asked if we were happy to attend the event as the Biltong Supplier and we straight away said yes and its come round far quicker than we realised LOL. So with over  180 teams arriving for not just Rugby its set to be cracker !

And remember that Pub In The Park will be at Knutsford in September 7th 8th and 9th so get ready for some serious #Biltong !
