Biltong Gifts & South African Hampers UK

Biltong gifts and South African hampers for birthdays, Father's Day and Christmas. Choose a biltong selection box, a beer and biltong hamper, a make your own biltong kit or a gift card with instant delivery, all handmade or hand-picked by us in Cheshire.

Biltong Gift Boxes

A box of handmade biltong is one of the easiest presents to get right. The biltong taster selection box lets you choose the box size, the 8 flavour selection box covers every favourite, and the 5 x posh biltong box set comes with a choice of gift sleeves. For adventurous eaters, try the exotic game biltong selection box or the best of both beef and game box.

Beer and Biltong Hampers

Biltong and a cold beer belong together. Our premium biltong and beer hamper pairs eight biltong flavours with two bottles, and the beer and biltong box set lets you mix and match. Browse our South African beer, wine and spirits to build your own.

Gifts for Biltong Makers

For the biltong fan who wants to make their own, the make your own biltong kit comes with three flavours to get started. Go further with a home biltong dryer, a biltong hand slicer or the Biltong-Pro cutter, or a place on our make your own biltong course. See all our biltong makers and equipment.

South African Gifts for Foodies

Our ultimate foodies salt and spice hamper and Funky Ouma seasoning salt gift sets are perfect for keen cooks and braai masters, and our XXXL bamboo chopping board is built for carving at the braai. Add some South African sweets and snacks for a taste-of-home care package, or something from our South African clothing range.

Christmas Biltong Gifts

At Christmas we add seasonal favourites like the Christmas beef biltong selection box with ten flavours and the biltong Santa sack. Order early in December to beat the Christmas post, and read why Weston is the destination for Christmas biltong gifts.

Frequently asked questions

What's a good gift for a South African living in the UK?

Food from home is always welcome: handmade biltong and droewors, Mrs Ball's chutney, Ouma rusks, Peppermint Crisp and a few bottles of Castle or Windhoek. Our biltong selection boxes and beer and biltong hampers bring several of these together.

Can I send a biltong gift directly to someone?

Yes. Enter the recipient's address at checkout and we'll send it straight to them by tracked Royal Mail. Leave a note in your order if you'd like a message included.

How long does a biltong gift last?

Our biltong has a five-month best before date, so you can buy gifts ahead of time without worrying about freshness.

Do you sell gift cards?

Yes. Our gift cards are delivered instantly by email and can be used across the whole shop.

When should I order for Christmas?

Order by early December to be safe. Most orders are dispatched the same or next working day, but Royal Mail gets busier the closer it gets to Christmas.
