Do we offer different flavours of Biltong?

Yes, we offer a wide range of Biltong flavours. You'll find a wide range of flavours available, from sweet flavours such as our Sticky Maple, to aromatic flavours such as our Garlic and Rosemary, through to spicy flavours with our Chilli biltong. We’re incredibly proud to offer one of the largest ranges of Biltong flavours in the UK and our range continues to grow.

What is the difference between biltong and jerky?

While both biltong and jerky are dried meat, there are significant differences in their taste, texture, and preparation. Biltong is air-dried, marinated with vinegar, and seasoned with a blend of spices, resulting in a tender and flavourful snack. Jerky, on the other hand, is typically smoked, thinner, and has a drier, tougher texture.

How long does biltong last, and how should it be stored?

Biltong can last for several weeks if stored properly. Our bags are specially made to ensure that your Biltong remains as fresh as possible, for as long as possible.
