What's the best before dates? - Each pack will have a BBD of at least June 2027

How do I store this as its food? - Just keep it in a cool dry place out of direct sunlight no need for fridge or cold storage, a simple draw or cupboard is ideally.

Who makes your Biltong? - That's an easy one we! All our Biltong is made by us and no one else, its all crafted by hand (And we mean by hand) in the heart of the Cheshire Countryside in our purpose built drying room that recreate the South African climate and not in Biltong Microwaves i.e using extra heat and air flow to speed up the process.

Do you have the Oval Stamp of accreditation? Absolutely yes we do, we are pleased to say we hold the Oval Stamp of accreditation as well as a EHO 5 rating as well.  Without both you are unable to manufacture and sell animal based goods, so not having both wouldn't be a good idea.
