Follow The Herd Not The Crowd

Seems like a while back we updated our blog so massive apologies for this one we have been made busy hanging drying cutting spicing a small mountain of Biltong. So what have we been up to well we have been putting in some miles over the last few weeks with a full on weekend at the Yorkshire dales food and drink festival. This was great for us both Mr and Mrs Biltong are originally from Yorkshire (The fact I consider myself Lancastrian isn’t the point raised in Lancashire makes that possible LOL) we even managed a catch up in the old local pub with some old friends and introduced them to our stunning range of Biltong, Droewors and Chilli Bites. The same weekend we also had our regular slot at Chorlton Makers market and with you turning up on mass was great to see, we really are gaining a lot of new customers from all round the North West with some travelling to some of our markets from the likes of Macclesfield and Knutsford so great to see you guys.

Then we had a massive weekend just gone with attending our biggest event so far to date with a massive 120,000 visitors over 4 days BBC Country File Live Blenheim Palace Oxfordshire, we are you all know are a small family run company and events we love attending events like this it really does make a difference to what we do picking up lots of new customers on the way.  It was a great weekend with lots of sunshine maybe just a little too much at the moment.

This weekend see us returning back to my home land of the Clitheroe Food Festival which is always a great event for us, been raised in the Ribble Valley it really is home for us. So we will be packed to the roof with more Biltong than we have ever taken to any one day event ever so you better be ready !
