Ina Lessing's passion for cooking and pickling began as a simple hobby under a canopy with only two pots. Twenty years later, her skills have grown into a flourishing business venture. Since 1990, Ina has been expertly canning fruits, vegetables, and creating a wide range of delectable jams. Her art has been perfected, earning her the title of Salam/Lanbouweekblad's women entrepreneur in 2013/14. The cooking and pickling takes place in Modimolle while packaging and distribution happen in Centurion. With a strong belief and unwavering confidence, Ina has taken risks and shown great initiative, all contributing to the remarkable success of her jam business.
