📖 The Mrs Balls Story

The Mrs Balls legacy began in 1852 when the SS Quanza shipwrecked off East London, South Africa. Captain Adkins and his wife survived with their precious chutney recipe, which became a South African icon. Passed down to their daughter Amelia, the recipe was commercialised in 1917 with the distinctive octagonal jar we know today.
