Suggested Uses: Chicken Thighs or Flat Iron Steak
- Give thighs or steak a good dose of seasoning and place on your BBQ grill, seasoned side down (avoid placing directly over flames to ensure the spice and meat don't char too much while cooking — hot coals/wood and not flames are always better for an even grill).
- Season other side and when ready, turn over for an even grill.
