The south African sparkling wine producer, House of J.C. Le Roux, is dedicated to creating exquisite, high-quality sparkling wines. Located in Devon Valley, just outside the historic town of Stellenbosch, in the premier wine region of the Cape, the winery boasts a rich history. Established by a group of French Huguenots who fled religious persecution in France, the Cape of Good Hope reminded them of home with its lush valleys and Mediterranean climate. Among these settlers was Jean le Roux, a prominent Huguenot who brought his extensive knowledge of viticulture to the region in 1704. Today, the House of J.C. Le Roux rests on part of the original farm and carries on the legacy of the le Roux family. Their lively salmon pink sparkling wine is a sensory delight, with a sweet and fruity blend of strawberry, plum, and tropical flavours.
