#NotAllBiltongIsBlackAndWhite

Well once again we have had a stunning weekend at all our Events that included Stafford Makers Market and Chorlton Makers Market on Saturday and found a lot more new customers some that were made up to be finding someone that knows how to make Biltong the old fashioned way and rest assured we only make it slowly no short cuts by us here in our purpose built production area right in the heart of Cheshire as one customer said “Perfection takes time”. We also have a really busy week ahead of here, we have a couple of meeting planned over the next few days (Can’t say too much at this point) but both we are really excited about and we will wait to see what happens and hopefully in the next few weeks we will be able to announce something a little, well no a lot exciting to say the least.

Once again this week Mrs Biltong (AKA The Boss) will also be busy getting a small mountain of her stunning Biltong ready as we really start to see our food festivals kick in that combined with our now massive amount of local outlet’s across the whole of Cheshire, production again is getting pushed to the max (Did someone say expansion…………again). We seem to talk about this every week here and what’s the best way to keep up and every time Mrs Biltong pulls it out the bag, sorry dryers to make sure we don’t let anyone down.  All this combined with all our regular events we cover the future is looking very bright, also this week we saw a massive increase in activity on all our social media and on line sales with us receiving the highest amount of on line sales we have ever seen in a 24hr period Wednesday through Thursday on line went berserk never seen anything like it, felt like we had taken out an advert in the national press really not sure what happened but looks like we have gained a lot more customers!

So where are we this week well Mrs Biltong is going back to School, well Harper Adams Agricultural College that is with her Biltong at their first Field to Fork event on Saturday, really thinks she loves the idea of catching up with all friends and an excuses for a drink or two, you know who you are….  As always we just love to help support all things to do with British Farming with generations of faming knowledge engrained in us you could say it’s in our blood! Also back at the stunning Lowry again for two solid days and a new event for us and the Makers Market in Congleton should be a stunning weekend all around again.

Remember that we offer a really simple Click and Collect Service at all our events just order on line to make sure you get what you want drop a note in the comments and we will bring along to the event and you can collect from there its as easy as that.
