The Biltong Boss goes back to School !

After this weekend a think others may just be a damp squib ! The team at the Harper Adams Field to Fork event you are true stars not only was it a stunning day introducing a new base of customers to the wonderful world of Biltong but you kept the Boss Mrs Biltong smiling all day. What you need to remember is that she attended Harper Adams as a student over 20 years ago and has some really great memories of the place and to able to go back with her own business that still supporting British Farmer’s by using only British Beef combined with the fact that she had a catch up with some very old friends it was a perfect weekend for her.

Whilst I was at the Lowry Outlet Makers Market both days with Lottie in tow, we also had a stall at the brand new Congleton Makers Market and it was off the Scale we had our little helper Marta manning the stall for us this time and she excelled again and with it been one of our local events we were over the moon, again another stunning Makers Market for us. The Lowry for us was different we saw some sunshine both days and the crowds were out in their 10,000’s and felt like everyone bought a bag of Biltong.

So this weekend we are at the Great British Food Festival Hardwick Hall Chesterfield we haven’t done this one before but heard it’s a great one so we have masses of stock Biltong, Chilli Bites, Droewors and Beer sticks ready hopefully we will have enough. If not its only 2 hrs home to refill !
